新华科C-DATA MES是一套结合科学成型与型腔压力技术的具有国际先进水平的集注塑生产管理系统、工艺监控系统、品质分拣和数据采集为一体整体解决方案。主要特点如下：

Ø 基于科学工艺控制策略的工艺参数集中管理，实现换模后工艺快速再现，不同机台之间工艺快速再现，显著减少调机工作量，真正把试模和生产的工艺统一，从根本上保证注塑制品的品质一致；

Ø 结合型腔压力传感器，通过检测/记录模具内部的塑料变量，实现真正独立于注塑机的生产工艺文档，完全消除品质控制风险，确保生产订单按时完成；

Ø 基于模具内部的塑料变量的品质分拣，确保100%的合格品提供给客户，同时，降低品质分拣的人工成本和消除人为误差；

Ø 基于模具内部塑料变量的工艺控制策略，从根本上解决注塑生产依赖个人经验技术的弊端，建立的真正标准化/系统化品质管控体系，降低人工成本；
