第六十八章   处下用人

善为士者不武，善战者不怒，善胜敌者不与，善用人者为之下。是谓不争之德，是谓用人之力，是谓配天。古之极。

Generating Productivity byStaying low

A skilful leader of troops is not oppressive with his military strength.A skilful fighter does not become angry.

A skilful conqueror does not compete with people. One who is skilful inusing men puts himself below them.

This is known as the virtue of non-competition,

This is called the strength to employothers with the support of Nature,

This is called the highest emulation ofNature Laws.

善做统帅的人，不逞勇武而用谋略。善于作战的人，不妄动怒气而保持理智。善取胜的人，一般不正面与敌交锋。善于用人的人，待人谦下。
