吴宝峰:互联网＋战略挑战未来

以互联网为核心的信息经济，已经成为浙江经济发展的新亮点、新动力。随着“一带一路”、“长江经济带”、“互联网＋”、“中国制造2025”等一系列发展战略与政策相继出台，如何实现区域内外的互联互通，进行区域性的产业结构和布局调整、本地产业发展模式调整，已摆上余姚市委、市政府重点工作议事日程。为此，余姚市将积极参与抠抠集团“互联网＋一带一路”活动，助力中国百城排位比拼，并与抠抠集团开展深层次合作，共建电商生态圈。

　　据介绍，“互联网＋一带一路　丝绸百城网上行”全国城市互联网活动，是福建抠抠集团依托第一跨境电商平台――抠抠网，整合社会资源、企事业资源以及全国达百座城市联动的大型互联网活动。目前，抠抠电商平台已拥有超百万的商品SKU以及百万的日流量。这次百城排位活动，将推动千个单品交易，与区域的实体经济共同构建单品供应链电商。

　　“余姚与抠抠集团有着浓厚的合作友谊，这次‘互联网＋一带一路’全国百城排位活动，余姚被列入首批受邀名单。”我市一位相关负责人表示，“余姚参与本次活动，是正面回应国家‘互联网＋’战略的实践行动，活动旨在通过互联网＋城市特色产品的展示方式，体现城市本身的底蕴，推动城市电子商务化建设步伐。”

　　当前，余姚市以电子商务为代表的新兴产业发展势头迅猛，电商产业日益成为新常态下经济增长的新动力，有力推动了本地的产业转型升级，促进了大众创业、万众创新。据悉，我市将以这次百城活动为契机，以推动电商与实体经济整合发展为着力点，壮大电商经营主体，打造电商特色产品，完善电商发展支撑网络，借力“一带一路”，加快余姚特色产品走出去步伐。

　　据了解，余姚市已有一些代表性企业发出行业倡议书，号召全市各行各业参加“互联网＋一带一路”全国百城活动。参加活动的企业纷纷表示，他们将通过试行“互联网＋”战略布局，以特色产品带动企业发展，以企业发展推动城市综合竞争力。
