课程背景

经过企业实际咨询案例表明：70%以上的经理人在团队管理方面遇到挫折，他们对自身的角色认知不清或不够全面，对自我管理风格把握不准，管理能力不足或不能有效发挥自身的管理能力和影响力，团队士气不足，不能有效产出团队绩效。而企业也常抱怨经理人不能胜任管理岗位，难以满足企业业务和管理的需求。如何打造一支既能有效完成绩效又能保持良好氛围的团队呢？经过我们的研究发现：

1、经理人首先要清楚组织的期望与自身在团队的角色

2、因地制宜地选择相对有效的管理风格

3、熟练运用多种管理技能，掌握透过他人完成工作的能力；

4、营造良好的团队协作氛围

本课程内容根据中层经理人在管理团队过程中遇到的各种角色问题、管理风格问题、管理技能问题、行为转变所需要的知识、技能提炼汇总而成

2、掌握并学会运用四种不同的管理风格

3、掌握“目标设定与计划制订、授权与工作委派、绩效辅导、构建协用的人际网络”等管理技能
